Double sided Mattress - one side medium / other side firm. - the medium side can be used when we are young and have a flexible body; and as we grow old , and need more back support, use the firm side .

Its an orthopedic hybrid mattress; - a combination of foam and pocket springs.
This mattress has got 2 usable sides with cool gel memory foam layers to help you sleep cooler;  while the middle; 7 zone pocket sprung structure keeps your lumber perfectly aligned .The springs are made of; high carbon steel; , twice tempered; for durability , and is divided into 7 zones with independent pocket springs, encased in a solid high density foam structure, providing solid edge support when you are sitting on the side of the mattress

This mattress has Firm Plush side , and a medium plush side , so you can flip it according to your preference .
