REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Sleepcenter beds fair to both the company and customer, only if there is a genuine product fault.

Damage caused by customers own transport / Misuse is not covered under warranty and refunds will not be accepted.

Any change of mind cancellation can be accepted only, if contact by customer within 7 days of invoice date / before goods despatch / before goods picked up. If all these conditions are met, the cost will be 5% of the invoice value to the buyer.

If change of mind cancellation be accepted by our store after goods dispatch to customer, cancellation fee charge will be 15% of the purchase value to the buyer. And return goods need to be as original, box did not open, no damage. Buyer will need to return goods back to warehouse. 

Custom-made NZ Made base and drawer base in different color, unable to cancel and refund after place the order with factory.

Please note after boxes have been opened / Picked up / Delivered  -  even within 7 days -  change of mind cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds of monies will  be processed within seven (7) days after returned goods have been received back in the warehouse in brand new condition.
